You can't go wrong with a breezy organ, Beach Boy psychedelic pop and a few Rolling Stones guitar riffsCons:
Even with Danger Mouse returning to the helm of production, "Fever" sounds quite familiar with the Black Keys last round of singlesBlack Keys pumps out more of the same, and it’s still good

It’s not that hard to imagine Rolling Stones riffs on the Black Keys; they’ve done it before on “Howlin’ for You” and “Lonely Boy.” But “Fever,” their first single off their highly-anticipated eight studio album Turn Blue, places “Start Me Up” quirks inside a kaleidoscope of Beach Boy psychedelia. Possibly borrowing Peggy Lee’s contagious anthem bearing the same name as some last-minute inspiration, Dan Auerbach finds the aches and pains of high temperatures to be far more interesting than living in the norm: “Fever, can you hear me?/You shook me like I’ve never been/Now show me how to live again.” Things are a bit typical inside the grooves and are totally familiar with their radio-ready uptempo rock, but if the record isn’t broke it shouldn’t be fixed.
