Hottest Black Friday Music Deals
The Black Friday deals are out there, HiFi Magazine puts them on here
UPDATED: November 27, 2011 – 6:44 p.m. (EST)
Buy.com has a hot deal on the Beach Boys’ Smile Sessions new box set. The unreleased album, orginally planned to be released after the Beach Boys’ 1966 landmark album Pet Sounds, has ben receiving rave reviews by Rolling Stone (“the greatest pop album ever made is still in here, somewhere”), Uncut (“a unique and unlikely moment of retrieval, restoration and renaissance”) and Pitchfork (“the end result is a great album, albeit one more lighthearted than its myth would suggest”). Definitely a big heavy with content and outtakes, but Beach Boy lovers will certainly be proud to have this somewhere in their library of music.
The 5 CD, double LP and two 7″ singles box set is on sale (26% off) at Buy.com for a limited time.
