HiFi is looking for a few good men (and women) for their new army of writers

HiFi Magazine is prepping for their initial launch into print and virtual for the beginning of 2010.

The upcoming print and online magazine will feature insightful articles, favourite song playlists, several interviews, music charts and much more from our team of editors, contributing writers and guest writers.

We’re currently looking for gifted writers with a balance of music knowledge and genre intellect, as well as a passion for music and journalistic integrity. You don’t have to be the Roger Ebert of music, but it helps to have some kind of work on hand to join the HiFi Team.

We are seeking individuals for the following areas of interest:
Music News & Entertainment
Video Games (for Music-Related Titles only)
Album Reviews (Rock, Dance/Electronic, Hip-Hop, Country genres)

If you are interested in contributing and joining the HiFi team, send email requests, with headliner reading “Writing Submissions” to:

J Matthew Cobb, Editor-at-Large [jmatt@hifimagazine.net]
Juaquin Sims, Contributing Editor [oneazariah@gmail.com]

Please make sure you have the following on hand:
* 1 or 2 published or unpublished album review(s), article(s) on anything music (1,000 words or less)
* Brief biography and/or resume

Important Note: We are new, independent and relatively small in stature, but are faithfully growing in our viewing audience with an average monthly audience now reaching 3,000 visitors. When the opportunity comes and our budget allows monetary compensation, we will most certainly pass the word on.
