Maroon 5: Give A Little More

On second video for Hands All Over, Maroon 5 “gives a little more” to their loyal fans.

Still enjoying the success of their first single (“Misery”), Maroon 5 rushes right into their next radio favorite using “Give a Little More.” It’s a sweet mesh of pop-meets-R&B.  The cool uptempo song, led by frontman Adam Levine, boasts an incredble combination of MJ’s ‘Thriller’ sounds and Justin Timberlake pop spark. The video doesn’t gloat with the high concept of the beat ’em up “Misery” and doesn’t showcase enough pizzaz like some of their more reverred videos. But the nice cozy club setting – packed with fans bobbing to the beat and showcasing their sexual healing – along with the band’s desire to insert their live show energies upon a palette of hazy, yellow cinematcs is just what Maroon 5 needs in order to create the right kind of buzz for their fall tour.
