Posner thinks he’s “cooler” than Adele on his playful remix of “Rolling in the Deep”
Mike Posner is a certifed electro wiz – best demonstrated on 2010’s pop smash “Cooler Than Me.” While he’s currently a freshman in the music game, Posner has proven to have a fetish for nostalgia. A mixtape-esque remix from Posner has just surfaced on the Net containing Adele’s bluesy/rock single, “Rolling in the Deep.” His cover squeezes some of Adele’s performance on the synth-drive tune, but Posner handles the majority of the vocals – singing with lethargic strain and with very little soul. But you’ve got to hand it to Posner; his innovative mixing skills are worthy of our approval.
