How Many Piano Licks Does It Take to Play Daft Punk ‘Get Lucky?’
How many piano licks does it take to play that hit song by Daft Punk? Daft is the question. And we’ve got daft answer
So how many pianists does it take to pull off Daft Punk‘s “Get Lucky?” You would think it would take just one. But if that was the case, we wouldn’t be asking the question.
But I think this YouTube video uncovers the answer to that question.
The cluster of individuals behind the video call themselves “Daft Pianists.” But they are actually members of the New York-based group Collective Cadenza (CDZA), who have had success with other viral videos. Since posting the “Get Lucky” joint on June 19, the video has racked up close to 400,000 hits.
Now if we can get someone to play drums and bass. And we would have a mini orchestra.
