February ’13 playlist celebrates new music by Jim James, Ben Harper, Tegan & Sara, Jose James, Tortured Soul and Toro Y Moi
February is the month of love. And because we love you so much, HIFI is bringing you fifteen new tracks that will warm up your heart’s front door.
This month’s PLAYLIST features exciting new music from My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James, Canadian duo/indie pop band Tegan & Sara, a sweet pairing of Ben Harper and legendary blues musician Charlie Musslewhite and a new track from dance band Tortured Soul. Plus, there’s new tracks by Charlie Wilson, The Joy Formidable, Toro Y Moi, Jose James, Aaron Neville and the late Teena Marie.
As always, the list is quite eclectic Country, r&b/soul, dance, indie, alt-rock, pop, electronica and everything else in between. Just the way we like it here. Oh, get used to it.
