Robyn dances the night away with “Dancing On My Own” – live on Letterman
Move over Gaga and Katy. Robyn definitely was 2010’s biggest dance diva. With two EPs and a full-length Body Talk LP, the Swedish diva won the hearts of music critics with her danceable and engaging synthpop. She proves her powers on a live performance of “Dancing On My Own” on ‘Late Night with David Letterman’. A song bubbling with the ’80s glitz of Madonna and Cyndi Lauper along with a bubbly melody traced from the Katy Perry songbook. Besides her singing the uptempo stuff, she certainly looks like she’s fun to dance with in the club.
